I like to float a little kahlua in with it kind of gives it a white russian like flavor. Very good either way. Guys, a good one to make for the girls. The other day they ran me out of butterscotch schnapps.

I used to drink this about 10-12 years ago. Back then the bar called it a "brain". And for a "brain on drugs" (this was when the commercial was real prevelant on TV) just add a dash of grinidin (sory if I misspelled that).

I've tended bar in my area now for going on 5 years now and although the basic recipe is good it's lacking the actual nipple. That recipe needs a little drop of grenedine right in the center of the shot (hence nipple). You can make it a cocktail if desired by adding to your Irish Cream and Butterscotch schnapps w/ either a 1 oz vodka or Irish Whiskey (preferred) or even a mild scotch and blended it smooth with some crushed ice and topping it w/ a drop of grenadine in the center into a chilled martini glass. A popular one with the ladies.
