6 ounces Tropical Jello (large box)
16 ounces Water (boiling)
2 ounces Light Rum
4 ounces Dark Rum
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and then add the rest of the water and the alcohol. Pour the mixture into either shot glasses or paper cups. Shot glasses are more attractive, but the paper cups are easier to eat from.

Mai Tai Jello Shots...can't beat them. I did alter the recipe slightly by making them stronger and it worked out great. I highly recommend making these yummy jello shots.
jello shot alternative

Try adding a package of unflavored gelatin to any jello shot recipe. Pour the mixture in a cake pan, refrigerate, and when set, you can cut them into cubes and serve WITHOUT the paper cups or shot glasses.
