Drink Recipe: Yellow Parakeet

Yellow Parakeet

1 ounce Melon Liqueur
ounce Banana Schnapps
ounce Light Rum
1 ounce Orange Juice
ounce Pineapple Juice
1 splash Sweet & Sour Mix

Fill the glass two-thirds full of ice and add the ingredients, except for the sour mix, in the order indicated. Stir, and add the sour mix to the top. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

I started making this drink at my bar and experimented with the ingredients. Customers liked it better with Skky Melon Vodka instead of the melon liquor. Other than that, it's a great addition to my menu!
